How it works.

Once your booking is confirmed we add your property into our system and the work begins. We find as much information about your home before we arrive so we know how to best showcase it.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE - PREPARATION
When shooting your home we need to focus on things like lighting, composition, camera settings etc. Which means we can’t also ensure a house is tidy. This is the responsibility of the home owner and real estate agent. We shoot the property in a “as is” state and recommend that you don’t make a booking until you are ready. THE PHOTOSHOOT
When we arrive we will start shooting inside the property straight away. This will take about 10-20 minutes depending on the size of the home. After this we will shoot outside which will take another 10 minutes. In total we can shoot most houses in under 30 minutes (photos only). If you are getting extra’s like floorplans and videos then this will take longer.
DELIVERY
We have a 24 hour turn around time from the time of photoshoot. So if you’re photoshoot is on 2pm Tuesday then you can expect your photos by 2pm Wednesday. Weekends are excluded. We add your photographs to our Dropbox and we will send you a link with the option to view and download them.
